Congratulations Year 11

I was delighted to welcome Year 11 students back to school to collect their GCSE Results on Thursday 22nd August.  It was a great morning to celebrate the outcomes of 5 years of hard work.

As is so often the case the commitment and effort put into each subject is reflected in the grades achieved. Our students leave Winston with some great examination results and the skills that they need for life, as well as further study.

There will be time in September to analyse the results in full, however, I want to congratulate everyone and wish them well, as they move forward into their post-16 provision.

 Your School is Developing

The Food Technology Rooms are well underway.  The aim is to have them finished for 3rd September, the start of the new school year.

These rooms will be unique and run only on electricity.  Induction hobs and eye level ovens, set in a modern, eye-catching design.
