Restaurant Standard

 Mastery in the Kitchen

"After mastering their fish‑filleting skills, our Year 10 Food Preparation and Nutrition students levelled up with a brand‑new challenge: creating a balanced, restaurant‑worthy meal using the fish they filleted! After a fast‑paced mini workshop on balanced plating, they got creative and the results were spectacular. We are unbelievably proud of their talent, teamwork, and ambition.

Fantastic work Year 10....you smashed it!"

Have You Got Your Tickets?

 Sunday at The Rhoda McGaw

Preparations took place on Sunday to build the set and instal the lighting required to create a spooky atmosphere!!

Parents volunteered their time and our staff were there too to create the set that will be the foil to the performance of your children.

A huge thank you to the theatre staff who were incredibly helpful and ensured that the school is ready for a week of terrific performances.

Fishy Skills

 Filleting Fish

"🐟 Our year 10 students showed off their ever-improving knife skills by filleting whole fish, under the expert guidance of Chef Kevin from the Winston Catering Team, Pablum. They managed to quickly get both fillets removed and we think it went swimmingly. 🐟"
