Great News!
The Winston Music Department has just been awarded 'Music Mark' in recognition of the value that we place on music within our school and the range of opportunities offered. Everyone within our Music Department has worked hard to achieve this recognition. At Winston we have expanded our music provision, extended the number of extra curricular opportunities and we have the largest numbers of students taking GCSE Music in the area.
Music Mark is sponsored by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
We believe that music making is an essential part of the education of every child; there is an aspect of music to interest everyone.

Well done to Mr Drake and his team and thank you for the outstanding opportunities that you offer all of our students.
Science Club
Science club has got off to a fantastic start with 35 students in attendance! It's great to see so many Year 7s that already love Science so much that they come back after school for more 🙂 Students are already excited about non Newtonian fluids next week.
Lunch Today
The food served at Winston just gets better and better. Today there was a tasty range of curries as well as meatballs and noodles!
