Let Girls Play...with a rugby ball!
Year 7 have been incredible during their rugby unit, despite some initial concerns with the thought of mud, they have all fully embraced the skills needed with contact rugby.
Passing backward, supporting behind the line "Miss this is so backwards" but still were able to work together remind each other of the "backwards rules". Making contacting and taking the contact was also amazing, with each girl moving outside their comfort zone.
The girls embraced so much that we were able to complete a session on the introduction of rucks, as well as a lesson on rugby related fitness! Incredible effort and commitment girls!
