Arts Awards Evening
Winston celebrated the amazing talent, skills and hard work of our students on Thursday evening with an event that recognised both exceptional performance and emerging talent. The future looks bright for performing arts at Winston! Nominees and Award Winners came to the stage to celebrate in front of family and friends. The hall was packed and more chairs had to be brought from nearby classrooms. Mr Donaldson led the proceedings, ably supported by Mr Jolly, Mr Drake, Mrs Remnant and Miss Sharma. This highly creative team work tirelessly to develop opportunities for the students at Winston to develop and showcase their skills. The evening finished with a taste of the next big production, Les Miserables', taking place at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre, Woking in February.
