Year 6 Welcome Evening
Our new students and their parents joined us for an evening to get to know their new school. After a session in the hall, where they had the opportunity to watch Thomas and Yasmin live on the BBC news and were introduced to members of the Winston Team. Parents and children then went into the science block to talk to current students about their experiences and to participate in a lesson.
Once in the science block children and parents enjoyed working together in a lesson.
