Thank you to Simon Taylor
We welcomed Simon Taylor to Winston on Friday 9th June to demonstrate to some of our Year 10 students butchery skills. For Simon this was a return to his school days, as he attended The Winston Churchill School. This session was arranged through Woking Borough Council, as part of the Woking Food Festival 2017. Simon was able to show students where the various cuts of meat come from on the animal and how a butcher prepares each type of joint. Students were able to ask questions and even discovered that Simon is part of the GB Butchery Team!PE lessons on Friday Afternoon
