Food Challenge
Year 9 Food and Nutrition Students rose to the challenge of making Focaccia bread on one of the hottest days in the week. Working in our new Food Technology rooms, the students were expected to use a range of skills and our Winston competencies to complete the task successfully.
The smell of freshly baked bread was as enticing as the delicious looking Focaccia's. You can judge for yourselves the quality of the end product.
