Churchill School Foodbank Donations
The Year 10 Core Skills Group have spent the last half term planning and organising Winston’s Yearly Foodbank Christmas Hamper appeal.
The group spent several lessons marketing the appeal including making posters, writing to local business for donations and researching the amazing work that the Woking Foodbank do. Once the marketing information was out and around the school the boxes, wrapping paper and generous donations of food came flying in. The class then spent several lessons wrapping and packaging the hampers full of Christmas goodies. We then delivered them to Woking Foodbanks.
