The Winston Music Tour
Tuesday 5th July
Miss Ashworth wrote:Today has been a great success. After visiting Cologne zoo and Beethoven's house we had our first performance in Bad Salzig. The students were a credit to the school and worked exceptionally well as a team. The performance lasted an hour and gathered a keen crowd of 60+ who enjoyed the music so much they repeatedly called out for an encore. The students are buzzing and looking forward to the next 2 concerts.
The students and staff had an amazing experience on the tour of the Rhineland. Miss Ashworth had planned each element carefully, ensuring the success of the trip and everyone is to be congratulated for representing the school in such a positive way.
Mr Drake and his team are already planning the next music tour!
