Cheesecakes!
Class 7D1 were given the opportunity to create a dessert that could be served during the festive celebrations. They were required to plan a recipe, prepare the dessert and evaluate the success with their families.
It was great to see the students use a variety of equipment , work as a team when clearing away and it was clear that they enjoy using all the space available in room 14. The cheesecakes looked delicious !
I am very impressed with the skills that they have developed since September and the independence I am seeing in their practical lessons .
